How many educators are involved?

The partnership has ten teacher mentors and one administrator mentor who are a mix of retired and fulltime educators serving nineteen beginning teachers and two beginning mentors.

How is the program delivered?

Mentors and program leads check in with beginning teachers weekly, and have mentor forums monthly.  Monthly staff development for the beginning teachers is also offered at three sites in the county.
